If you wish to return a product, please email us at clientservices@apelsi.com to submit a return request within 14 days of receipt of your order. Products must be returned unworn, in the condition they were received, and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Once your return has been received and deemed eligible for a refund, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to show in your account due to varying card processing times.

Your Apelsi article is a luxury product that requires special care to preserve its exceptional beauty and character. We recommend following these general care guidelines:

- To ensure your handbag retains its elegant silhouette as the years pass, take care not to overload your bag.
- Avoid prolonged or direct exposure to any source of heat, intense light, and moisture. Direct sunlight can diminish the natural luster and color of both delicate textiles and premium leathers.
- Should your bag become wet, immediately blot it, without rubbing, using an absorbent, lint-free, soft cotton cloth.
- Protect your article from coming into contact with oily or chemical substances, including perfumes, cosmetics, hairspray, makeup, and alcoholic solutions, which can cause irreversible damage.
- When not in use, place your bag upright in its protective flannel dust cover away from any source of moisture, light and heat. Ideally, we recommend lining the interior with acid-free tissue paper to maintain its structure, ensuring any handles or straps are not resting heavily against the main body of the bag to prevent marking.
- Always take care not to scratch or rub your bag against rough, sharp, or abrasive surfaces. Never place your luxury article directly on the floor or ground.

Depending on the specific material used in crafting your bag or accessory, we recommend the following specific care guidelines.

Silk Fabric, Embroidery & Hand Beading: Apelsi textiles, intricate embroidery, and hand-beaded embellishments are meticulously crafted and exceptionally delicate. Avoid any prolonged friction or contact with coarse materials such as wool, heavy tweeds, or rough jewelry that could catch or snag the threads and beads. To clean, very carefully use an ultra-soft brush with fine bristles to gently sweep away dust from between the decorative elements and embroidery. Do not apply any commercial waterproofing substances or stain treatments, as these will permanently compromise the natural silk fibers.

Genuine Leather: Our premium Italian leather receives minimal, high-quality treatment to ensure it remains remarkably soft, supple, and rich in character. Leather is naturally sensitive to scratches and scuffs; wipe away surface dust using only a soft, dry cotton cloth. Over time, the leather will develop a subtle, beautiful patina unique to your everyday wear.

Premium Lining: The interior of your bag is lined with silk satin or genuine natural leather, requiring gentle care. Avoid carrying sharp objects or uncapped pens directly inside the bag that could puncture or stain the delicate satin or leather. Keep beauty products secured in a separate pouch to avoid staining and damage from oil or pigment transfer.
